TERMS OF SEVICE
The present General Terms and Conditions are designed to regulate the relations between Bebe Donna Ltd, UIC 205228223, with headquarters and address of management: Sofia, 3, Alexander Fol Str., email: info@lovedbebe.com, website : lovedbebe.com, hereinafter referred to as "BEBE DONNA", and the customers and users of the e-commerce platform lovedbebe.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”.
By uploading and using the lovedbebe.com website with the associated hyperlinks as well as by buying products from the store, you fully accept and undertake to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
USE THE SHOP
lovedbebe.com is an e-commerce platform available on the Internet www.lovedbebe.com, through which you have the ability to create a Store Profile; View products and Store related information related to them to purchase the products in the store, signing contracts with "BEBE DONNA" for purchase and sale; to receive information about new products offered by Bebe Donna in the Store; to establish contact with Bebe Donna through the means of communication available in the platform; exercise your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.

Upon purchase, you sign with "BEBE DONNA" a Purchase Agreement and pay them a fee for the delivered products under the terms and conditions set out in the Platform and these General Terms and Conditions. The fee is in the amount of the price announced in the platform. All prices listed in the Shop are incl. VAT.
The delivery price is determined separately from the price of the products in the platform when the order is made.
As a user, you are obliged to provide accurate information and data necessary for the processing and execution of your purchase by the Shop.
"BEBE DONNA" organizes the delivery of the products you have requested, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the platform, and guarantees your rights provided by law in the framework of good faith, the criteria and conditions adopted in the practice, consumer or commercial law.
"BEBE DONNA" is entitled at any time and without notice to make changes to published products and prices without owing to prior notification to users. All such amendments shall take effect upon their publication on the Store’s website. You are required to pay the price that was current at the time of the order.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In order to purchase products from the Store, users submit personal information. This information is under the protection of the Personal Data Protection Act. The store uses personal information to improve the services it offers. The information you submit is only used to fulfill your order and is not shared with third parties.
If you are subscribed to our newsletter but wish to opt out of your subscription, you can cancel it at any time, if you wish.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The images, trademarks, logos and texts used in the platform are owned by "BEBE DONNA" and are copyrighted. The content and information on this website is not subject to forfeiture and treatment without the express written consent of "BEBE DONNA".
DELIVERY SERVICE
The delivery of purchased products from the store is made by courier company Speedy to your address or to an office of the courier company on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery takes place within two to five business days. In case of delay of delivery due to extraordinary circumstances, you will be informed by e-mail or other means of communication provided by you.
The customer makes payment to Speedy upon receipt of the delivery. The products are sent for review before payment. The cost of delivery is calculated separately from the price of the product from the Store during the order’s formulation and before finalization.

lovedbebe.com has preferential prices for all its shipments within the country.
For the convenience of the Users and in order to avoid mistakes, lovedbebe.com uses an adaptive module, which when ordering automatically provides the User with a choice of delivery method, informing him of the relevant delivery price, as it is calculated at the end.

Orders are paid by one of the methods listed below.

* When choosing a method of payment by card, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance.
"BEBE DONNA" does not have access to your financial information, and payments are made in accordance with the applicable general conditions of the bank provided the virtual POS terminal for contracts for servicing payments with local and international cards over the Internet.
In the cases when we have to refund your card payment upon delivery of wrong or unusable products - after a complaint, refusal to accept an order or refusal on your part of an order (as far as possible), the refund of your paid amounts will be made to the debit / credit card / account used to make the payment to us within 14 calendar days. In case of your refusal to place an order under these General Terms and Conditions, "BEBE DONNA" has the right to deduct the value of delivery costs.
